Truly enjoyed our warm rooms in this place.

had a nice time. we got a room with a tub. the staff was awesome, helped with every request. location: the hotel was just next door to panama. also, aprovaca botanical garden was 2 miles away from the property.

The view was stunning, and the customer service was top-notch. the communication via WhatsApp was efficient and friendly. the location had easy access to hiking trails and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway.

The feeling of being locked in the hotel without staff availability was unsettling and impacted our experience negatively.
